In 2007 and 2008, the Wine Club Summit was successfully held at the Embassy Suites in San Rafael, CA, one day before the Tasting Room Profitability Trade Show and Conference. The Embassy Suites' location is literally a stone's throw from the Marin Center-the venue for Tasting Room Profibability. This allows you the opportunity to turn two sales events into one great sales opportunity for your company. LOCATION
Embassy Suites, adjacent to the Marin Center, on January 20, 2009 in San Rafael, CA - one day prior to Vineyard & Winery Management's Tasting Room Profitability Conference and Trade Show held at the Marin Center. San Rafael is a 45 minute drive from San Francisco and Oakland International Airports.

COST
One 8' skirted table and one chair (standard electricity included)-$350. Space sold on a first come/first served basis. Sign and mail the enclosed agreement to WCS c/o Quality Event Management, 3970 Post Road, Penthouse #2, Warwick, RI 02886. No more than four competitive companies may display.

EXPECTED SCHEDULE
Move-in from 7:15 to 8 a.m. Exhibits open at 8 a.m. Meet with attendees from 8 to 8:30 a.m., at the 10:45 a.m. coffee break, during lunch from noon - 1:30 p.m., and afternoon break from 2:45-3:15 p.m. Lunch will be provided at a cost of $25. Advance orders required. Breakdown may start after 3:15 p.m. The Summit is scheduled to end at 5 p.m.

MARKETING STRATEGY
Ads in all upcoming issues of Vineyard & Winery Management magazine prior to event, on our web site, and exposure on numerous related web sites and search engines. Direct marketing campaign through mail, broadcast faxing and email to reach even more winery owners, general managers, and wine club managers. Hyperlink of your business name from Vineyard & Winery Management's web site to yours or to a contact email address - merely provide the link you wish to use.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
