BOOTH PACKAGE AND COST
The price to exhibit in 2009 is $695 for a 10' x 10' booth that includes an unskirted 8 foot table, pipe and drape, 2 chairs, and 110v standard electricity (see floor plan below). Space is now being sold on a first-come, first-served basis. CONVENIENT LOCATION
The show returns to the Marin Center in San Rafael, CA on January 21-22, 2009. The Marin Center, a non-union facility, is located in San Rafael, California - just 45 minutes from San Francisco and Oakland International Airports and a short drive to the wine country. This facility is equipped to handle exhibits and seminars. Embassy Suites, the adjacent hotel, is ideal for those travelling from out of town.

ACCOMMODATING SCHEDULE
Wednesday, January 21: Exhibits Open from 12:15 pm - 5:30 pm (networking wine reception to follow). Thursday, January 22: Exhibits Open from 10 am - 3 pm. Complimentary lunch and wine tasting in the exhibit hall each day for attendees.

MARKETING STRATEGY
This event will be advertised in every upcoming issue of Vineyard & Winery Management magazine and on our web site, including exposure on numerous related web sites and search engines. Marketing efforts will include a direct mail campaign, broadcast faxing and email to bring even more new and enthusiastic tasting room employees to the show. In addition, we will hyperlink your business name as a show exhibitor from our web site to yours or to a contact email address - merely provide us the link you wish to use.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Give your company's name the exposure it deserves - become an official show sponsor. Opportunities include attendee name badges, binders, coffee breaks, evening wine reception, and more.
