From the nights of Monday, January 19, 2009 thru Friday, January 23, 2009 event attendees can receive a special rate from Embassy Suites Hotel San Rafael of $145.00 per person nightly*. When making a reservation, indicate that you are attending the Vineyard & Winery Management event to receive special pricing (see detailed instructions below). Note that reservations must be made by January 8, 2009 to receive the special rate and availability is on a first-come-first-served basis.
This $145* rate includes:
-Accommodations in a two-room suite with a living room area attached to a bedroom area (includes fridge & microwave)
-A two-hour evening reception featuring complimentary premium brand beverages & light snacks (5:30-7:30pm nightly)
-A full, cooked-to-order breakfast in the morning with omelets made to order and a wide selection of breakfast items (6:30am - 9:30am daily on weekdays and 7:30am -10:30am on weekends)
-Use of an indoor heated pool, spa and fitness center

To receive the discounted rate, please book your reservation prior to the January 8, 2009 cut-off date.
To book online, go to www.sanrafael.embassysuites.com . Click on reservations, select your dates and other requested preferences. Then type TRP in the "Group Convention Code" field under the Special Accounts heading. Wait for online confirmation of your reservation.

From 101 North - First Exit

| Travel to Highway 101 and travel Southbound. | |
| Take the Freitas Parkway Exit. | |
| Turn Left at the Stop Light at the end of the freeway offramp. | |
| Travel over the freeway on the overpass. | |
| Immediately after the overpass, turn Left. Watch for cross traffic. | |
| Turn Right immediately onto Civic Center Drive. | |
| Avenue of the Flags will be on your left after a slight down-slope. | |
| Turn Left and follow to the end of the road (parking is adjacent to building). | |
From 101 North - Second Exit
| Travel to Highway 101 and travel Southbound. | |
| Take the San Pedro Road Exit (one exit after Freitas Pkwy). | |
| Turn Left immediately at the Stop onto Merrydale Road (not clearly marked). | |
| Turn Left onto North San Pedro Road and travel over the freeway on the overpass. | |
| Turn left onto Civic Center Drive. | |
| Follow past Lagoon. | |
| Avenue of the Flags will be on your right after a slight down-slope. | |
| Turn Right and follow to the end of the road (parking is adjacent to building). |
From 101 South

| Travel to Highway 101 and head Northbound. | |
| Take the North San Pedro Exit. | |
| Take the First Right on the freeway offramp headed East. | |
| Turn Left at the first stop light onto Civic Center Drive. | |
| Follow Civic Center Drive past the Lagoon. | |
| Avenue of the Flags will be the second Right. | |
| Turn Right and follow to the end of the road (parking is adjacent to building). | |
